(WIBW) — The rescue team searching a Douglas Co. lake for a missing 17-year-old have found a small boat, which they believe may be the one that capsized Saturday, throwing him and another teen into the water. The Coast Guard rescued two people off a burning boat near Galveston Saturday. A nearby boater saw smoke around 12:45 p.m. and notified the Coast Guard, who launched a response. They found a 44-foot sports boat on fire with two people on board. Both people were safely rescued from the boat, which continued to burn for several hours. Authorities are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
